Massage equal as pain relief drugs

Hm ... anyone who does not like a massage? Massage after a day of exhausting labor could create a tense muscles slacken again, and you become relaxed again. Massage effect even on par with what is given by drugs pain relief.

The researchers concluded this after a genetic analysis of muscle tissue from volunteers who experience fatigue after cycling. Researchers randomly select these volunteers for foot massage. Previously, biopsy samples taken from both legs of the volunteers prior to cycling, then 10 minutes after a massage, and 2.5 hours after recovery. According to researcher, massage can reduce the influence of the molecules in the immune system that cause inflammation.

"The potential benefits of massage can be useful for a broad scope of individuals, including those who suffered injury resulting from interference with the driving of the body, and patients with chronic inflammatory diseases. "This study provides evidence that manipulative therapies such as massage may be justified in the practice of medicine."

Pain reduction produced by the soft and strong hands of the masseurs are trained to have a mechanism similar to that given by anti-inflammatory drugs. "Massage can help manage pain, muscle tension,difficulty breathing, anxiety, and fatigue."

Those who received a series of either relaxation massage or structural massage were better able to work and be active for up to a year than those getting "usual medical care," which included painkillers, anti-inflammatory drugs, muscle relaxants or physical therapy, the researchers found. Well, for those of you who are under stress, headaches, or fatigue, may be able to try massage first before deciding to take the drug.
