People watch way too much TV, an average of 5 hours a day. Researchers have a surprising new warning about what TV may be doing to our health. Guess what? For every 2 hours of TV you watch per day, you're increasing your risk for diabetes by 20 percent and your risk for heart disease by 15 percent. Kind of shocking, isn't it?
